Farrah and Raz contacted us for a quote to reinstate all internal walls and ceilings, happy to move forward they asked if we could insulate and render the exterior of the property, this was a challenge due do builders still working at the property.
With abit of patience from the team we was able to complete both internal and external works.
What a transformation, we installed 50mm insulation and finished with a full baumit silicone render system.
As an extra Farrah asked if we could do something with the front canopy, so we reshaped it using fixed cement board and applied a sleek black silicone render colour to finish.
