Our customer Alison told us as a child she always dreamed of having a pink house, we was the team to turn that into a reality.
We advised Alison that the mock Tudor timbers should be replaced as they looked very tired and was rotton in places, once this was done they had a coat of paint.
We started this project by protecting the floor/windows and new timbers.
Once we prepared the old render we then applied basecoat render neatly in between the Tudor beams, this task was easier that expected due to us making some new tools that would allow us to get in those tight spaces.
Once primed up (a vital part of silicone render) we then applied the pink silicone.
We was really happy with the end result, brightening up the street and giving Alison her dream house.
