When we arrived at this property in Upminster, from a distance it looked ok, however there was a few large cracks in the render, upon inspection the render exceeded 60mm in places so we chopped it off and gave the homeowner a lightweight External wall insulation system.
This was then rendered and finished using white silicone render.
All black timbers were also painted by our team and window sill extended to accommodate the insulation.
